Forgetting your password can happen to anyone. At Lottofy, we want to make sure that regaining access to your account is a quick and secure process. If you are unable to log in because you do not remember your password, you can reset it in just a few steps.
How to Reset Your Password
Go to the Lottofy login page.
Click on “Forgot your password?”.

Enter either:
The email linked to your account, or
Your NIF/ID number if you registered with it.
You will receive an email with a temporary password.
Log in using the temporary password.
Once logged in, go to My Account → Change Password.
Create a new password and save your changes.
If You Don’t Receive the Email
Check your Spam or Junk folder.
